The Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ) is governed by a Board of Directors, established under the Port Authority Act of 1972. As Jamaica’s primary maritime agency, it oversees the development and regulation of the nation’s seaports, directly reporting to the Ministry of Economic Growth & Job Creation.
